ETHOS
Movement is not a luxury. It is a right, a form of expression, and a way to connect more deeply with ourselves and each other. My work is rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful act of anti-capitalist resistance. Through our bodies, we reclaim our stories, emotions, agency, and capacity for joy.

Whether you're looking for classic fitness-based training, mobility and strength work, or intuitive, emotionally informed movement practice, you're welcome here. This is a space for discovery, curiosity, play, and care — not perfection or performance.

I believe in coaches and teachers being facilitators for clients' journeys to understand what is best for them and their body’s needs. Community is an important aspect of co-regulation, but we know ourselves the best and sometimes need help finding the path to helping us to become more playful, curious, and accepting of ourselves.

APPROACH
I am not a therapist, but I do believe movement can support self-understanding. I don’t use the word "healing" as a fixed destination. Instead, I hold space for playful interruption of patterns. We’re not broken. We’re just ready to try something new. This space encourages:

  • Body-based exploration

  • Emotional presence & emotional acceptance

  • Movement as creative discovery

  • Ongoing growth discoveries (you can share insights anytime, not just during sessions)

SLIDING SCALE PHILOSOPHY

I believe in the importance of co-regulation through community care. Emotional co-regulation is extremely important, and I believe part of that is financial mutual aid. If you can pay more, you help someone else access movement sessions. If you need to pay less, you still receive my presence, care, and respect.

Suggested Sliding Scale Tiers

  • Support Tier (NZD 100–120+): You have financial security, savings, or generational wealth. You are able to contribute toward community sustainability.

  • Sustainer Tier (NZD 70–100): You meet your basic needs and have some disposable income.

  • Community Tier (NZD 50 or below): You’re navigating job loss, illness, systemic barriers, or financial instability. This space is for you.

OFFERINGS

1-on-1 Sessions
NZD 50-120+ pp

1 hour, prepared sessions, ideal for ongoing work:
For those wanting structure, strategy, and deepening. These include goal setting, regular check-ins, and personalized support between sessions. Higher rates support others accessing low-cost sessions and include more time/energy from me outside of our hour

One-Off sessions
NZD 30–80+ pp

30–45 minutes, one-off sessions:
Ideal for when you just need to land in your body, even briefly. No long-term plan is needed. Great for one-offs for those navigating chronic illness, illness that means you can’t leave the house, people experiencing emotional overwhelmed, or financial tight spots. If your bookings for this become regular, the rate will change to the 1-on-1 session prices


Group Sessions
NZD 10–20 pp

45 mins - 1 hour. Come as you are:
These sessions build community and collective care. If you’d like to sponsor or co-fund a regular group class, I’d love to chat.
